If you would like to cancel a course that
you’ve booked with us, we require three full business days of notice. If
payment has already been received, we will credit your account in the amount
of the course so that you can reschedule or take a different course at a later
date (we do not provide refunds). If you paid by
Ticket, your ticket(s) will be returned to you for future use.
If you can’t give us three full business
days of notice we will charge you for your course, however you do have two
options:
1. Substitution:
We will be happy to teach any other person you would like to send to the
course in your place.
2. Reschedule:
You can take your course at a later date at no charge (the original date is
charged), with the following conditions:

You must pick a new date within
six months of your original course date.

It must be the same course and the
same level, and the same version of the software.

You will be on standby for the new
course date. If the new date is completely booked by other students, or if
Computer Help has to cancel it due to lack of enrolment, you will have to
pick another date within six months of the original course.

No student substitution—it must be
the original student taking the rescheduled date.

If you need to cancel the newly
rescheduled date, you must give us three business days of notice and
select another date within six months of the original course date.

If you can’t give us three
business days notice before cancelling a second time then we cannot give
you a third rescheduled date. You are welcome to book again, but we will
charge you for the new course as well as the cancelled one.
